Your subscription includes the bike, regular maintenance, repairs, servicing, and support. No hidden fees, no surprise costs.
Is there a minimum subscription duration?
No. Switchbike is flexible, you can pause or cancel your subscription anytime. However, we do have 6 or 12 month subscriptions that give a discount!
What happens if my bike needs service or a repair?
We take care of it. We repair your bike on the spot or switch it with another one so you stay on the move. Please reach out to customer support if you have any questions.
